Hello! This listing just came on the market today! It is in a fabulous location on Tampa Bay, in a waterfront community called the Grand Venezia. It is a RARE FIND because it is a ground floor unit in a development with 3-story buildings and no elevators! The owners used it as a second home and were generous in their upgrades, which include a jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom!
