Ocean House Surfside is entering one of Miami’s most competitive ultra-luxury condo markets—but does it represent real value compared with Four Seasons Surf Club, Perigon, Rivage, Ocean Terrace and 87 Park?
In this independent review, I’m joined by Stefania Cambarau, our Miami Beach Territory Manager, to analyze Ocean House beyond the renderings. A seventh-floor residence is currently priced at approximately $17.6 million—or around $4,200 per square foot.
